1. Appointments and Consultations:

1.1 All tattoo appointments must be scheduled in advance.

1.2 Consultations for custom designs are recommended to ensure client satisfaction.

1.3 A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure an appointment.

2. Client Responsibilities:

2.1 Clients must provide accurate health information, including any medical conditions or allergies.

2.2 Clients must be of legal age (18 or older) to receive a tattoo.

2.3 Clients are expected to follow the aftercare instructions provided by the tattoo artist.

3. Design Approval:

3.1 Custom designs must be approved by the client before the tattooing process begins.

3.2 Any changes to the design after approval may result in additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payments:

4.1 The total cost of the tattoo will be discussed and agreed upon before the appointment.

4.2 Payment is due in full at the completion of the tattoo session.

4.3 Deposits are non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined in our cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

5.1 Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours/days notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

5.2 Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Liability:

6.1 Ink Gardens Tattoo Studio is not liable for allergic reactions, infections, or other complications that may arise after the tattoo application.

6.2 Clients release Ink Gardens Tattoo Studio and its artists from any liability associated with the tattoo process.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property:

7.1 Custom tattoo designs remain the intellectual property of the artist.

7.2 Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the tattoo design without the artist's consent.

8. Digital Marketing Opportunities:

8.1 By providing your email address and phone number, you consent to receiving digital marketing communications from Ink Gardens Tattoo Studio.

8.2 You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time by following the provided instructions.

9. Code of Conduct:

9.1 Clients are expected to behave respectfully and follow all studio rules during their visit.

9.2 Ink Gardens Tattoo Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior.

10. Governing Law:

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tennessee, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

11. Changes to Terms:

11.1 Ink Gardens Tattoo Studio reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

11.2 Clients will be notified of any changes via the website or other appropriate channels.
